Understanding the Demonology of the Jezebel spirit

I pray that God's wish is being fulfilled in your lives. I pray that you will prosper and be in health, even as thy souls prosper in Christ. This is God's wish for you.

Today’s message will be coming from the book of Revelation. We will commence reading at Chapter 2 beginning at the 18th verse

And it reads:

18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; these things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

The Jezebel spirit is a great enemy of the church, and she has been an enemy of God for a long time. Jezebel is an ancient and high-ranking demon who serves under the leadership of Satan, and she has been practicing her evil for many centuries. She has authority over many demons that help her carry out her satanic mission, because she (like the devil) is not omnipresent. It is critical that we know this enemy and her tactics so that we can have more knowledge concerning the things that we should be watchful for in the church and our everyday lives. Jesus has commanded us, as the followers of Christ that we should “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: for indeed the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

In order to have a greater understanding the spirit of Jezebel, it is helpful that we understand Jezebel the person. The bible tells us that the person Jezebel was the daughter Ethbaal, and Ethbaal was the king of the Zidonians. The bible teaches us that the person Jezebel worshipped an idol (fake) god by the name of Baal. And Ahab the king of Israel chose Jezebel to be his wife. When Ahab married Jezebel, he began to worship Baal the idol god. 1Kings 16:33 says that “Ahab built an altar in the house of Baal, which he built in Samaria. So, many of the prophets converted to the worship of Baal.” The 18th Chapter of 1Kings reveals that there were 450 prophets who dedicated their lives to the idol God Baal.

The 18th chapter also reveals that Jezebel killed many of the prophets of God. Jezebel’s mission was to stop the entire nation of Israel to stop worshipping Yahweh who is the only true God. Her mission was to spread idolatry, through infiltration, and that’s the way that the spirit of Jezebel operates today. She appeals to your lusts, and she offers you whatever pleases you. For example, the king Ahab lusted for a vineyard that belonged a man named Naboth, and Jezebel had Naboth killed so she could give the vineyard to Ahab. And this very act is what doomed Ahab to utter destruction. She brings with her the spirit of murder and hatred.

Similarly to Jezebel the person, the Jezebel spirit’s mission is to infiltrate the church of God, and she desires to destroy the church of God from within. How did she plague the nation of Israel? She started from within. She started with destroying the mind of the king Ahab. After she destroyed the mind of Ahab, she began to kill the prophets of God. Now, the spirit of Jezebel fights the church of God, because the church of God is the Body of Christ. And the Body of Christ is the Bride of Christ. She spreads division in the church the same way she divided the prophets of old. The majority of them worshipped Baal, and only a few continued to worship Yahweh.

She has divided the prophets of today. The majority of them have started worshipping themselves and other things while there is only a few who still worship Yahweh and Yahweh alone. These are not my words. It is Jesus who said, “Wide is the gate that leadeth to destruction, and many there be that go there in. And narrow is the way that leadeth to life, and few there be that find it.” Jesus also said that many people love Him with their mouths, but their hearts are far from Him. Brothers and Sisters this is not a coincidence. This is a tragedy that often happens by design, because there are demons and spiritual wickedness whose entire agenda is to destroy the earth by turning the hearts of men away from God.

Many people on social media and Instagram have heard of a young man named Mr_Hotspot (his real name is Jordan). He is only 19 years old. I perceive Jordan to be a precious soul, and I believe this because I heard him say in an interview that “He just wants to live his life to go to heaven. He is an entertainer who dances and makes funny videos. The young man has a personality is very infectious, and his talent as an entertainer has gained him a lot of fame and notoriety. He grew up in Atlanta, but moved to Los Angeles to further his career. And I use to follow him on Instagram, because I believe it is good to laugh. However, I thought it was strange that he always said “praise Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother” in many of his videos.

So, I began to investigate this to understand what he believes, and in his video he explained that he was a part of the World Missions Society Church of God. So, I searched to find out the doctrine of this particular church, and I learned that World Mission Society Church of God, is a new religious movement that began in South Korea in 1964. When the founder Ahn Sahng-hong died in 1985, the Church expanded its activities to other parts of the world and began to use the name World Mission Society Church of God. This church believes that its founder Ahn Sahng-hong is the second coming of Christ, and they believe that Ahn Sahng-hong’s wife Jang Gil-ja is the Heavenly Mother. Brothers and Sisters this is idolatry, and the spirit of Jezebel is behind this movement.

She is destroying the souls of men through false doctrine and idolatry. In 2008, The World Mission Society Church of God recorded over one million registered members. By 2013 it is recorded to have expanded to 2,500 churches in "about 175 countries. That means that there are millions of people who have been deceived into worshipping a man and his wife rather than the real Jesus of the Bible. Mr. Jordan, if you ever hear this message, I want you to know that I am not trying to bash you. I am trying to warn you of the danger you’re in. And my advice to you is that you RUN!!!! Run for your life, because Jezebel is trying destroy you with idolatry. There is hope for you, but you must repent. Mr. Jordan there is no Heavenly Mother in the Bible, and Ahn Sahng-hong is not the second coming of Jesus Christ.

The bible describes the second coming of Jesus Christ and Ahn Sahng-hong does not meet that description. Revelation 19 says that when Jesus Christ returns to the earth, He will return with sharp sword coming from His mouth. And He will smite the nations and rule them with a rod of iron. He will return in the fierceness and the wrath of God. He will smite the false prophet, the beast, and the great dragon, and cast them into the lake of fire. Until then and only then, every other person on earth who calls themselves Jesus Christ is a liar and a false prophet.

Nowhere in the Bible will you find the term Heavenly Mother. Yes I said it, You will not find the term Heavenly Mother in the Bible!, because it is not there. But you will find the term Bride of Christ. In Revelation 21: 2-3, the apostle John said that he “saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. If you’ll go down to the ninth verse, you will find where John said that one of the seven angels which had the seven vials that were full of the seven last plagues came to talk to him. And the angel told John that he wanted to show him the wife of the Lamb. John said, “And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; And had a wall great and high , and had twelve gates, and at the twelve gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates and on the west three gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. According to the Bible, the Bride of Christ is the prophetic description of the city of New Jerusalem. The Bride of Christ, which is the city of New Jerusalem, is a place where no one is allowed but the people whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. That’s why the church is often referred to as the Bride of Christ, because the only ones allowed in the New Jerusalem are the names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

The spirit of Jezebel is a masculine woman spirit, and she hates masculine men. And she hates feminine women. She wants wives domineering to their husbands, and she wants men to be cowards. She robs women of their femininity, and she robs men of their masculinity. She loves when men act as women, and she loves when women act as if they are men. Historically, Jezebel’s husband Ahab was one of the greatest kings of war, because he won many wars and battles. However, he had no control of his house nor the kingdom of Israel. Jezebel dominated the rule of Ahab. She doesn’t mind if you are a tough guy on your job or in the streets as long as your household is in disarray. Children, she doesn’t mind if you praise God at church. She wants you to act like you don’t know God at school around your friends. Jezebel wants you to act like your mama didn’t raise you right.

The spirit of Jezebel has already infiltrated many of the churches and Christian seminary schools of today. You would be surprised to find how many churches and Christian seminary schools have embraced the LGBTQ agenda, and they have created a new type of inclusion theology that is inconsistent with biblical scripture. The Archbishop of South Africa Desmond Tutu said “I can't for the life of me imagine that God would say, 'I will punish you because you are black; you should have been white. I will punish you because you are a woman; you should have been a man. I punish you because you are homosexual; you ought to have been heterosexual. I can't, I can't for the life of me believe that that is how God sees things.” Bishop Tutu is a religious leader who is known all over the world, and his testimony expresses to men that it is okay to be effeminate and to women that it is okay to be masculine.

World leaders have been deceived by this great demon Jezebel! As of now, Bishop Desmond Tutu is 87 years old, and God has given him plenty of time to repent for the great sin of preaching false doctrine. I would encourage Bishop Desmond Tutu embrace the scriptures as they are, and stop making your own false doctrine before it’s too late. Bishop Desmond Tutu!! Don’t let the spirit of Jezebel destroy you! It would be a shame for you to have that clergymen’s collar around your neck on your way to Hell!!! REPENT Bishop Tutu!!!! Repent!!! Your days are numbered, REPENT!!!!

You may be asking yourself “Brother Darryl, Why did you spend the entire sermon talking about Jezebel and the spirit of Jezebel. I spent the entire message preaching on Jezebel, because she has been fighting the church of God too long. She has been fighting against the church ever since the church born, and that’s why Jesus told the Apostle John to write letter to the church in Thyatira.

And the letter reads:

This particular portion of the letter expresses that Jesus saw that the church walking by faith and they were working hard. The letter expresses that they had love for their fellow man, but there was one thing Jesus had to say against the church in Thyatira. The issue that Jesus had with the church of Thyatira is that they suffered at the hands of Jezebel. I am writing to let you know that Jesus has a problem with you suffering at the hands of Jezebel. It’s time to stop running away. It’s time to wage war against the forces who have committed violence against God’s kingdom. The bible says that “the kingdom suffereth violence, but the violent taketh it by force.” It’s time to go to war in the spiritual realm. It’s time to let the enemy know that we will not allow his presence to ransack our congregations and our communities. According to Matthew 16:16-18, the Apostle Peter declared that Jesus is “..Christ the Son of the Living God.” Jesus told Peter, “Peter men hath not revealed this to you, but my Father which is in Heaven has revealed this to you. After that Jesus said, “Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church: And the gates of Hell shall not prevail.” Hell cannot prevail against God’s church! You don’t have to be afraid of the devil. God has given us power over the gates of Hell.

I can remember when I was a little boy, I would be tormented by demons. I could see the demons rushing toward my face. I could see them running towards me, and I could not understand why no one else could see the demons. My mother would sit me in her lap, and she would rebuke the devil in the name of Jesus. She taught me that demons tremble at the name of Jesus. So, there were many nights that I went to bed crying and calling on the name of Jesus. I could even see the demons in my dreams. I hated those demons because they were making me afraid, and I was literally terrified. One night I had a dream, and I saw two demons kneeling down. They were kneeling down behind a pew in the back of a very large church. And they were planning to invade and infiltrate the service. When I was a boy, I could not understand why the demons were bothering me.

Now, I know God was preparing me for war. War in the spirit realm. I gave my life to Jesus. Now, I’m a soldier in the army of the Lord. I’m a soldier in the army of the Lord. If I die, let me die in the army of the Lord. Now I am a grown man with a wife and four sons. Now, I know that God gave me power to cast the devil out. I’m not afraid of demons anymore. Now they are afraid of me, because Jesus lives in me. Every now and then the Holy Spirit will send me in to warfare, and He will tell me to anoint all of the doors of the house and the windows of the house with the praying oil which symbolizes the presence of the Holy Ghost. He’ll tell me to anoint my wife and my boys in the name of Jesus. Pray to God in the name of Jesus. His word teaches us that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven. The Word of God teaches us that whatever we loose on earth, will be loosed in heaven. God has given us authority and power through the Holy Ghost to cast out demons in the name Jesus.

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for all you have done for us. We thank you for all of the ways you have made for us. We thank you for fighting with us and for us when the enemy attacks us. Help us to recognize demonic attacks on our lives, in our communities, and in our churches. Give us the courage to stand in the power and authority that you have given us. Help us to rebuke the spirit of fear while living with self-control and love. These things we ask you in Jesus name, Amen
