A Cross Centered Worldview

“A Cross-Centered Worldview”

Give me a cross-centered worldview,

Because, in the cross, I see the symbol of love from the only Divine,

I feel the sensations of Peace for my busy mind.

The picture of salvation in the face of anxiety;

The picture of humility when I am too full of me,

The picture of blessed assurance in the face of Fear who says I am insignificant.

Heavenly Father, help me to focus on your Son and what he did on the cross,

Not on myself in selfishness,

And not on my brothers and sisters in lust and comparison.
