Prayer.
It is essential and it’s time. It is necessary. It is in the late night hours and early mornings when God desires our hearts most. He wants to know how much we love him. Do we love TV, sleep, eating, and other things more than spending time with him? We can’t wait until the enemy attacks us to pray. We must pray beforehand so that God can go before us to block the attack. Time spent in prayer will also cause you to fast. Remember Jesus said to the disciples. “Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.” So again, what you spend time on and where you spend your time is important to your deliverance. (Matthew 17:21)
Prayer.
It is a weapon of warfare. It is not carnal. It is spiritual. We must use it to fight against whatever we are going through. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
So, even when you feel defeated and at your worst, you possess the most powerful weapon against the devil and his tricks and schemes. Why have all that power and authority God has given you and not use it?
Prayer.
It is a communication line between you and the father. What is it that you need, that only he can supply? You need to call on him, so that he will come to your rescue. Put him on speed dial and keep calling even when you feel your call is going to voicemail or being blocked. He wants you to keep calling him. Keep trying even when you feel he isn't there.
Prayer.
It is a life line between you and God. If your life support isn't through him you will not make it in the last days. He is the only one that can help you breathe through tough times; especially when it feels as if you are suffocating from life’s circumstances. In your emergency state, God knows every treatment and technique to perform on you. Let him be your life support, let him be your all and all.
Prayer.
It is a request. You must ask for what you need in Jesus' name. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13). Listen if it’s in God’s name then you have nothing to worry about. Don’t ask in any other name other than the name of Jesus. No other witch, warlock, sorcerer, palm reading or any of that can help you. Only speak IN the name of JESUS.

Yes Lawd! Come on through here Big Sis! I wholeheartedly agree and recently completed a Bible plan that spoke on this. Prayer is a life changer for real. He’s always waiting and longing to hear from us!
